About Us

As a young girl, I always loved to help out in the kitchen. My grandmother who was Jamaican could always rely upon my skills to help her out. Since then my passion and love for food has only grown and this shows in the bespoke and exquisite food I cater.

 

A few years ago I decided to apply for MasterChef, strongly encouraged by my family and friends. I never believed in my talent until those tasting my food told me to take my love of global cuisines to the next level. This prompted me to go for it and I started her application! When I received the call from the production team my  heart began to beat and I was lost for words when I

heard the news that I was invited to the studio to take a

prepared meal for them to taste, which of course they loved! Sadly I didn't make it to the live shows, however was asked to be on standby, which meant if any contestants dropped out or fell ill, I'd be next in line. I felt this was almost as good as being selected for the show. It was a confidence boost and lead to the expansion of my skills by sharing my food with more people.

I now have a range of sauces in local stores and run a successful business!
